What does the training entail, and how does it support the safety and development of the children in your care?

Our coaches are required to undergo rigorous training programs to ensure they meet the organization’s high standards for safety, coaching quality, and child development knowledge. Our coaches are required to attend weekly trainings during their onboarding and probationary period. As coaches develop and move up the ranks they are required to attend monthly training to stay up today with our curriculum and protocols.
