Director of Operations
Coach Emily is the Director of Partnerships and Player Development at Soccer Stars. She began training young kids during her Junior year of high school. She played on a competitive club soccer team and on the U.S. Youth Women’s National Team. She played collegiate soccer and earned two degrees at both the University of North Carolina for 3 years and University of Colorado for a year. She has degrees in Exercise and Sports Science, Sociology and Occupational Therapy. Emily is also a Occupational Therapy Practitioner and enjoys working with kids in their functional development. She has had various coaching jobs helping kids reach their developmental and soccer goals to help them achieve success in their everyday occupations.
Kaysie's coaching ethos centers on nurturing skill development and personal growth in young players, instilling not only a passion for soccer but also essential life skills gained from the sport. Her coaching journey began unexpectedly at 15, coaching a 4-5-year-old rec team, and continued for 4 years at Baldwin City Recreation during college. In Dana Point, CA, she refined her coaching skills for 3 years at Irvine Soccer Academy, heading a U9 girl’s team and contributing to the development of talents aged 3-8. Before joining Soccer Stars, she coached 4-5-year-old and 9-10-year-old boys teams for Sandy City Recreation.
Coach Vanessa grew up in Sandy, Utah and began playing soccer at the age of 4 and continued playing on her competitive club and high school soccer teams and she is now currently playing for Salt Lake Community College Women’s Soccer Team. She is a student athlete and is currently working towards her Associates degree in Health Sciences. She has had the opportunity to serve an LDS mission in New Jersey as well as learning a second language, Spanish. Coach Vanessa has always had a passion and love for the game of soccer and coaches because she wants to help others grow and love it as well.
Coach Kamille grew up in Riverton, Utah and began soccer at the age of 5. She played rec soccer from the ages of 5-15 and then played pick-up soccer games with friends since. She decided she wanted to coach soccer when she discovered she wants to be more involved in soccer and help it grow in Utah. She is a big believer in giving back to the community and coaching is a good way to do that, it is her way of paying it forward. Kamille enjoys working with kids as she babysat the neighborhood kids and spends lots of time with her nieces and nephews. She had the opportunity to teach kids English during her mission she served. Kamille has a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in accounting from SSU.
Coach Blaise is the Director of Operations and a Coach for Soccer Stars. He played youth soccer growing up and enjoys working with kids and teaching them new soccer skills. During high school he assisted the high school athletic trainer and was an avid Cross Fit member, and participated in track and football. He joins us from his home state of Iowa and is currently working towards a Business degree as well.
